A mother has joined a wrongful death lawsuit that accused Ohio officials of failing to maintain a road and a guardrail, resulting in the death of six teenagers.
The mother of Ramone White, 15, joined a lawsuit filed after the driver of a Honda Passport, which carried eight teenagers, lost control and crashed along a steel mill. Brian Henry, 18, and Asher Lewis, 15, were the only survivors.
According to reports, Alexis Cayson, the driver, had no drugs in her system.
